Ok, so sometimes we like to do things in yoga that push us to the edge. This edge is interesting to explore for both physical and emotional reasons (in this case the main emotion to face is fear). Although, when exploring we must remember that we are doing 'yoga' and not 'circus'.
Yoga has nothing to do with performing or even actually doing the full pose! Yoga is a tool to see ourselves: see how we react to challenging poses. Do we avoid? Do we just go full power with no reason or mindfulness?
Or can we find something in between that resembles peace, patience, respect for ourself, fearlessness and a certain amount of grace?
